The outside grounds were cluttered with trash, and the pool had filthy water with debris floating in it. The room was in a deplorable state. the shower curtain was dirty and I wouldn't use it. To make matters worse, I discovered bed bugs in my belongings, which has led to a nightmare at home as I now deal with an infestation. It's been a frustrating experience trying to obtain a refund and report the situation.

The door lock barely functioned, which gave an uneasy feeling when entering. Unpleasant odor permeated the room, not what you want when expecting a non-smoking stay. Found stained sheets, and the microwave had leftover evidence from the previous guest. Additionally, the air conditioning unit blasted directly on the bed, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep, and a flickering LED sign outside added to the disturbance.

Booked through expedia for a quick night's sleep, and it was cleaner than expected. The front desk lady was super nice and checked us in quick, which was appreciated after a long day on the road.

I enjoyed my stay in a Queen Room with one queen bed. The location was convenient, close to the highway. The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean and well-maintained. A pleasant experience! 🌟
